2017 Paso Robles Cabernet
Tasting Notes
Our premium Cabernet grapes are grown in a tiny vineyard in the local "Templeton Gap" area. The cooler marine influenced air provides a longer ripening season while maintaining a high level of acidity. Full-bodied, boldly fruit-forward with pronounced cherry-cola notes, and darker tones of blackberry. This wine spent 2 years in 100% French oak to impart toasty, smoky aromas. Nine months of bottle aging provide for softer tannin and supple textures. This wine belongs on your dinner table! A perfect match for bold savory meals.
