This wine is an absolute pleasure! Using French oak barrels specially purchased for our 2017 Reserve Cabernet, the hand-harvested fruit is sourced from one very specific area of our Paso Robles/Templeton Gap vineyard.  2017 produced quite the stellar vintage. Spicy cedar and smoky tobacco entwined with sweeter notes of caramel creme. Black currant and brambly blackberry, generously seasoned with a chocolate essence combine for hedonistic richness. Your enjoyment of this wine will be enhanced by the prolonged smooth finish. Best paired with family and friends!
