The 2020 vintage is absolutely bursting with mouth-filling flavor and boasting a voluptuous smooth texture, along with an inky, blue-black color. Floral aromas abound with dried rose petal and violet. Blackberry dominates the palate followed by creamy dark mocha and vanilla! Tannin on the finish is firm, but well-developed.

Food Pairing: Big, hearty dishes — lasagna, roast beef, and dark chocolate mousse.
