Paso Robles is famous for long hot summers that produce rich ripe wines. Harvested from one of our most favorite vineyards in the much cooler Templeton Gap.  Here the marine air and fog filter in at night, allowing grapes to remain on the vine longer, achieving full ripeness countered by naturally high acidity. Big, rich flavors of blackberry jam, brown sugar and herbs cross the palate all balanced by elegant silky texture.
