A Brochelle tradition of aging in a trio of oak barrels - primarily French along with American and Hungarian, structures this wine with gorgeous toasty aromas and flavors. Limestone soils laced with clay creates thirsty vines that struggle for the water, leading to profoundly concentrated fruit. Wild strawberry and Bing cherries, combined with warmer flavors of toast and spice begs you to savor this wine long and slow. A fluid, pliable and extravagant smoothness fills and coats your mouth. Gentle ripe tannins gives an extended fabulous finish.
