Brochelle Estate Vineyard – Adelaida District
After a 13-year hiatus, our rosé has returned in a most magnificent way. Brock has outdone himself and crafted a gorgeous-hued grenache rosé that is incredibly pleasurable to drink. Michelle is VERY excited this wine is back in the lineup, as it is her personal favorite. This rosé is richly layered with aromas of strawberries and crisp watermelon. Crafted with 100% estate grenache using the traditional press and Saignée method brings forth an enchanting, rich, glossy texture. This wine displays a beautiful sunset-pink color, medium body, and moderately high acidity for freshness. Serve chilled on a hot summer day.
Food Pairing: Soft cheeses like Camembert or Brie, deviled eggs, spicy Asian dishes
