From the iconic "Hard Luck" Vineyard nearby, the 50-year-old vines produce a wine exquisitely scented with holiday spices - cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg. Heady flavors of ripe dried fruits - dates, figs, and raisins, followed by sweet black licorice. Elegant and silky textures coat the palate with pleasure. Ripe tannin lays soft on the tongue to provide a long, lengthy finish.
