Classic flavors of poached pear drizzled with honey, and a bright burst of creamy lemon leap from the glass in our 2023 vintage. Lush, fruity, and silky smooth after 6 months of Brock’s signature method of aging. Concrete vessels hold most of the juice while the rest is divided between stainless steel and French oak, delivering the creamiest, dreamiest chardonnay. Cool ocean air from the Pacific Ocean allows for slow ripening through late summer.
