This bottling represents 25 years of devotion and dedication to his craft. Each harvest, Brock determines the fruit that best displays the gifts of the vintage. The most sought-after Brochelle bottling, this is a captivating blend selected from 25 of the finest barrels in our cellar. This extremely exclusive blend of only 360 bottles is a harmonious marriage of Syrah, Zinfandel, and Petite Sirah with smaller amounts of Grenache, Cabernet and Alicante Bouschet added to accentuate all the flavour profiles of this wine.
Every bottle of this keepsake wine is hand-waxed and signed by winemaker Brock Waterman.
