Lush, fruity, and silky smooth after 6 months of Brock’s signature method of aging. Concrete vessels hold most of the juice while the rest is divided between stainless steel and French oak, delivering the creamiest, dreamiest chardonnay. Cool ocean air from the Pacific Ocean allows for slow ripening through late summer.
