2023 SILK

Fittingly named, this Grenache-dominant blend is as smooth and silky as it can be! Fruit is sourced from the cool Santa Rita Hills, and benefits from long sunny days and cool foggy nights, allowing full ripeness balanced with high acidity. Aromas reminiscent of savory black olive and pimiento, and white pepper are followed on the palate by loads of sun-drenched cherry and strawberry, any smoky-sweet caramel. French and Hungarian oak aging have become the tradition for this special, very limited-production wine.
