2025 CHARDONNAY 

Zotovich Vineyard, Santa Rita Hills

A longer growing season after heavy rain provided fleshy ripe fruit. More dense texturally than in previous vintages, this is creamy, dreamy Chardonnay. Soft, baked caramel apple flavors and secondary notes of pineapple and soft citrus create a tension between sweet fruit and zippy acid. Brock’s now-traditional treatment in concrete vessels, steel tanks, and second-use French oak keep this wine’s crisp minerality light on the palate.
