The ultra-premium fruit for this bottling grows in the toughest, rockiest soil in the vineyard — the Ridge Top. With deficit irrigation, hot breezes, and quick drainage, the fruit is heavily concentrated with dark flavors and silky, creamy texture. This wine leaves an indelible impression on the palate!
