Paso Robles is famous for long hot summers that produce rich ripe wines. Hailing from one of our favorite vineyards, in the cooler Templeton Gap, where marine air and fog filter in at night, allowing grapes to remain on the vine longer, achieving full ripeness countered by naturally high acidity. Big, rich flavors of blackberry jam, brown sugar and herbs cross the palate all balanced by elegant silky texture.
