A zip of bright lemon zest complements the hallmark flavors of soft baked apple and toasted marshmallow in our 2022 vintage. Deeply fruity and decadently textured after 6 months aging in Brock's signature method. 65% of the freshly pressed juice rests in a concrete ‘egg’ vessel, while the remainder is divided between stainless steel and French Oak, delivering a creamy, dreamy Chardonnay! Harvested in late summer at the peak of ripeness in the Santa Rita Hills along the Pacific Coast. January 2023.
