2025 CHARDONNAY, RESERVE

Zotovich Vineyard, Santa Rita Hills

 

A true show-stopper! A particularly rainy season required longer “hang time” and it paid off with decadently ripe grapes. Fermented in a single, new French oak barrel, this wine is creamy but crisp, a perfect harmony of ripeness and fresh acidity. Aromas of toasted marshmallow and almond tease your senses, along with a splash of lime. The scent of orange blossom on a warm day is positively intoxicating. Finish with soft stone fruit covered with cream.
